Returns & Exchanges at Luminara®

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items securely in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
